Featuring a fully integrated John Deere 2630 terminal for rate, auto section control and auto steering, this setup is supplied direct from the factory with no third party installation on farm. Both the 4640 and 2630 terminals can be supplied.
Norac UC7 Active Roll
Coupled with our passive levelling geometry, the Norac UC7 Active Roll system is fitted with 3 ultrasonic sensors each incorporating gyroscopes to sense boom motion. UC7 utilises not only the variable geometry cylinders, but also the boom centre frame to offer an extremely stable boom in all field conditions.
Hypro Duo React
A popular option across our range of trailed and self propelled machines, this twin line setup allows automatic or manual switching of spray lines. Users can specify different nozzle types to adapt for changing targets/conditions or utilise the additional line for a liquid fertiliser streambar.
Designed in house, Chafer ePlumbing offers touch button control of liquid flows from the cab seat and the operators station. Fully automated filling, rinsing and dilution systems maximise efficiency by reducing down time and removing the chance of error. All valves used in our ePlumbing system offer feedback so users can be confident all operations have been performed as requested.
Additional Mud Guarding
With weather conditions as they have been in the U.K. many machines are being specified with our Boom Mud Covers to to go with the all round mud flaps. With boom levelling operators are able to run the boom at 50cm and below, in this position nozzles are more susceptible to accumulating a build up of mud, so additional guarding reduces the chances of blocked nozzles.
FieldVision Boom Lighting
Utilising powerful 40W LED lights with a pencil beam pattern, the spray pattern is illuminated ensuring the operator can check nozzle function at all times of day and night. Lights are mounted to the inner frames to follow boom attitude changes.
