Nexus Chafer Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for practical, hands-on people to join us on the journey.
This is not a repetitive factory job – you’ll be involved in building high-quality agricultural machinery, solving problems, and seeing a machine through from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building and assembling crop sprayers (trailed and self-propelled)
• Working with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Installing components, pipework, looms and fittings
• Supporting testing and final set-up before machines leave the workshop.
What we’re looking for:
• Practical mindset – you’re good with tools and like figuring things out
• Experience in ag machinery, plant, automotive or similar is preferred (but not essential)
• Ability to work as part of a team and take pride in your work
• Someone reliable, straightforward and willing to get stuck in
