Delivery Times
- Standard items: 2–5 working days
- Large or specialist equipment: 5–10 working days
- Custom or built items: lead times will be confirmed at order

Missed Deliveries
If delivery is missed, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damage in Transit
